Soul Forge
A short pixel-art push-your-luck game that runs in your phone's browser: no install and no sign-up. Touch and hold to dip a blade into the soul flame — the longer it stays in, the more soul shards it earns, but cracks warn it is about to shatter. Release at the last moment for a PERFECT temper, chain good pulls into a hot streak, and spend shards on upgrades between rounds. Three levels, roughly 15–25 minutes, best played with the phone sideways.
