Midnight Lift — first-time feedback wanted for the first 3 levels (free browser puzzle)

It has 32 main delivery levels and 10 optional challenges, with a hotel setting and English and Simplified Chinese support. You can play it free in your browser without downloading anything. I am looking for five people who have never played it to try the first three levels for around 5–10 minutes. Early playtests suggest that the opening is not clear enough, so I want to understand the first-time experience before adding more content. Please try it without watching a walkthrough first. After playing, I would love to know: What did you think your goal was? Where did you first feel unsure what to do? Were the numbers and controls clear? Did you want to continue, and why or why not?
