# No Helmet Game

A retro-styled maze game where you steer a labourer character through a generated maze full of fake dead ends to reach a helmet before a 30-second timer runs out.

## Description

No Helmet Game is a browser maze game built with HTML5 Canvas and NES.css. Each round generates a maze with recursive backtracking and BFS reachability checks, then adds 25-35 misleading dead-end branches. You control the labour emoji with W (up), S (down), A (left) and D (right); walls block movement and every corridor is one cell wide. The helmet always sits in the bottom-right corner and is guaranteed to be reachable and wall-free. Reaching it before the 30-second timer expires wins the round. Graphics are emoji-based, with a retro 8-bit interface; the author describes the project as vibe coded with Amazon Q and Specify.
