About this game
Forked Lives is a free browser-based life simulator. The player is assigned a random birthplace among 197 countries and territories and then guides that life through choices about education, career and relationships. Saved turning points can be revisited so different branches of the same life can be compared, and a starting point can be shared. No download or player account is required. The site suggests ages 15+ because the fictional stories include illness, bereavement, conflict and simulated gambling with no real money.
